Senior Manager (Electromechanical)

Manage detailed electromechanical project plans.

Coordinate with civil, structural, and electrical teams for integrated project delivery.

Ensure timely procurement and installation of electromechanical equipment.

Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of hydro-mechanical and electrical systems.

Liaise with OEMs, EPC contractors, and consultants.

Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and performance guarantees.

Implement quality control procedures and safety standards.

Conduct audits and inspections to ensure adherence to specifications and regulations.

B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering

Minimum 12–15 years of experience in hydroelectric or pumped storage projects.

Strong knowledge of electromechanical systems including turbines, generators, transformers, switchgear, and control systems.

Familiarity with relevant codes and standards (e.g., IEEE, IEC, IS).
