Position Overview

Responsible for developing and managing business relationships on the National Account level. Focused on National and Global companies from multiple industries. The goal is to find new opportunities and turn them into long-term profitable relationships based on trust and mutual satisfaction.
Duties and responsibilities

• Develop new strategic partnerships with National and Global Accounts (retail, auto, fitness, hospitality, dining, multifamily, healthcare, etc..).
• Achieve market share growth by prospecting for new business via cold calling, networking, attending industry events/tradeshows/meetings and research within market.
• Cultivate and maintain corporate to corporate relationships on a national account level (80%)
◦ Establish new agreements with national and global accounts on product rollouts.
◦ Focus on products, project management and logistics.
◦ Offer the highest quality customer service from inception to project completion (A-Z)
• Support the efforts of local A&D reps in developing and implementing National Account Specs through lead sharing and leveraged relationships (20%). No further support is need once project leads are turned over.
• Present Value Based Solutions to key decision makers both in person and virtually
• Provide a monthly summary of activities in the field as well as market research.
• Develop and maintain activities in the assigned area to comply with established policies, procedures, and practices, using good judgment and decision-making to ensure corporate ethical and professional standards of conduct are maintained.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
Metrics for Success

• Development of new relationships across all national account segments
◦ Increased YoY sales growth.
◦ Identity and Increase market share as well national roll out programs.
• Maintain accurate records and pipelines in salesforce
◦ Roadmap for future success and key accounts
