Job Description Summary

This position is designed to provide strategic and operational support to the Product Manager for a strategic Immunology product. By actively participating in marketing processes with a TA perspective, it aims to strengthen coordination among field, medical, and other relevant teams. Building a strong brand presence and ensuring sustainable growth in the Immunology portfolio are key objectives of this role.

 

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic and operational support to the Product Manager
• Collaborate with sales, medical, market access, regulatory, and external agency teams to execute launch activities
• Prepare promotional materials and manage medical/regulatory approval processes
• Monitor market dynamics and competitor activities to develop insights and share them with stakeholders
• Support organizing launch meetings, advisory boards, field trainings, and product presentations
• Prepare and monitor KPIs, reports, and dashboards
• Support marketing budget-related processes
• Facilitate effective communication and information flow between field force and headquarters
• Identify collaboration opportunities and develop action plans with private hospitals, healthcare institutions, and professional associations

 

Essential Requirements:

• University degree
• Experience in Project Management is a plus
• Working background in Marketing, Sales, or Product Management within the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Team player with attention to detail and solution-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking) and fluency in Turkish
• Proficient user of MS Office applications
