About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to provide offshore support for two dynamic brands:

• Oz Lawn & Land Restoration – A landscaping and excavation services company.
  

• Rockwell Ink – An online art brand.
  

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment and has a proven track record in brand growth and digital marketing. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns that drive visibility, engagement, and leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Google Ads Management:
  

  • Plan, run, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for both brands to maximize ROI.
    

• Social Media Management:
  

  • Create, schedule, and post daily content across social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
    

  • Engage with the audience and maintain a consistent brand voice.
    

• Brand Growth Strategy:
  

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
    

  • Research trends and identify opportunities for audience growth and conversions.
    

• Performance Reporting:
  

  • Provide regular performance reports with key metrics, insights, and actionable recommendations.
    

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly in brand growth and campaign management.
  
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and social media platforms.
  
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and analytics.
  
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and deliver results.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other marketing platforms is a plus.
