Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing fitness business where you’ll play a crucial role in community engagement and lead generation activities. You’ll manage social media interactions across multiple platforms, nurture prospects through strategic DM conversations, and help convert leads into booked sales calls. This role offers the perfect blend of social media management, customer engagement, and sales support, with the potential to grow into a full-time position based on performance and business expansion. You’ll work directly with existing content assets and proven scripts to maximize engagement and drive business growth.


Responsibilities

  • Actively engage with community members on the School platform by responding to posts and fostering meaningful interactions
  • Manage Instagram direct messages using proven scripts to nurture leads and convert prospects into booked sales calls
  • Handle DM conversations across multiple social media platforms to guide prospects through the sales funnel
  • Create and publish engaging Instagram stories using existing B-roll footage and branded content materials
  • Cross-post content across multiple social media platforms utilizing pre-created YouTube videos, PDFs, and other marketing materials
  • Track and manage leads in Go High Level CRM system with detailed notes, follow-up scheduling, and conversion tracking
  • Provide quick, responsive customer service during peak Eastern Time Zone business hours
  • Follow established scripts and proven processes for consistent lead generation and customer engagement
  • Support content distribution strategy by repurposing YouTube content across various social platforms
Requirements
  • Proven experience with Instagram management, including direct messaging and story creation
  • Availability to work during Eastern Time Zone business hours, particularly 9 AM - 2 PM peak engagement period
  • Experience with CapCut or similar video editing tools for simple content creation and editing
  • Excellent written communication skills with ability to engage authentically on social media platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow scripts and processes consistently
  • Demonstrated ability to provide quick response times for real-time social media management
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently while maintaining regular communication
  • Experience with School platform preferred but not required (training will be provided)
  • Familiarity with Go High Level CRM system preferred but not required
  • Interest in fitness and wellness industry, particularly serving busy moms demographic
  • Potential for weekend work availability and flexibility for business growth opportunities
