Join Us as a Workday Business Analyst – Shape the Future of Our People Tech!

We’ve successfully rolled out multiple Workday modules over the past two years, and now we’re entering an exciting new phase of our transformation journey. As we implement Workday Payroll and Absence Management, and enhance our Compensation configuration, we’re looking for talented HRIS Analysts to help us get it right.

This is your chance to work at the heart of a dynamic programme, collaborating with our implementation partners and internal teams across People, Payroll, and IS. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our Workday solutions are not only technically sound but also aligned with real business needs.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract to start – but we’re building a long-term team to support Workday post go-live, so there’s real potential for extension or permanent opportunities.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Working with implementation partners and internal stakeholders to deliver Payroll and Absence Management.
  • Configuration, testing, and optimisation of Compensation.
  • There is also the opportunity to get hands-on with other modules like HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Performance, Learning, and Peakon Employee Voice.
  • Troubleshooting issues, supporting end-users, and continuously improving our Workday environment.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience with Workday (specifically Payroll, Absence, or Compensation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – you love digging into data and systems.
  • Experience in system configuration, testing, and user support.
  • Familiarity with EIB is a plus, but not essential.

Why Join Us?

  • Impactful Work: Your role directly supports our employees and contributes to a smooth-running business.
  • Supportive Culture: Join a friendly, inclusive team that values your input and encourages growth.
  • Benefits Package: Competitive salary, pension scheme, employee benefits, and more.

We can be flexible on location and working hours, but our core hours are Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours/week (between 8:00am–6:00pm). You will need to come into our offices in Leeds for the occasional workshop.

Here at the Genuit Group we recognise and develop the contribution our people make to the Group’s success and are committed to attracting talent from the widest pool. We have a role to play in making the built environment more sustainable, building a low carbon business ourselves as well as delivering sustainable solutions at scale.
