The TikTok Shop Europe Business Planning & Operations (BP&O) team focuses on developing e-commerce strategies for emerging markets. We drive market growth by crafting tailored plans, optimizing operations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support merchants and creators. Our mission is to enable sustainable success in Europe’s dynamic e-commerce landscape through data-driven insights and innovative solutions.
As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Responsibilities：
- Data collection & analysis: Cleaning and verifying merchant data to ensure it meets e-commerce criteria and matches platform records.
- Other Operational Support: Assisting with operational tasks such as process tracking, reporting, and documentation, ensuring smooth coordination across the team.
- Contribute to strategic research, business analysis, and data processing for TikTok’s global e-commerce operations.
- Collaborate with business teams to drive key projects and ensure the successful execution of strategies.
