Surgical Technician

As a member of the surgical team, under the direct supervision of the Registered Nurse Circulator, maintains the operating room sterile field; passes instruments, sutures, and sponges during surgery. Ensures that proper aseptic technique is utilized to prevent contamination and infection. Assists the registered nurse with circulating duties.

Please note the following important details regarding this role:

  • This role is an onsite position and will report onsite daily as scheduled
  • Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including weekends & holidays as scheduled
  • Work Status Available:
    • Full Time, Day
  • Shifts Available: Monday-Friday with on call requirements. 

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of Surgical Technology or Armed Services Surgical Technology program.
  • Upon hire: National Certified Surgical Technologist - National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting -OR-
  • Upon hire: National Tech in Surgery - Certified - National Center for Competency Testing
  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
