Job Description:
Airbus Helicopters is looking for a HRBP (f/m) to join our EHFM based in Marignane, France on a fixed term contract to replace one of our absent HRBP.
You will be part of a team supporting the Support and Services Department in terms of Human Resources. As part of this HR Team, you will be involved in prepaing and supporting the execution of business plans by translating the needs of the business into appropriate HR solutions, contributing actively to the optimization of the Business performance.

Your challenges:
Provide and manage HR services to a particular organization unit, in partnership with the business.
Advising the business on all people related matters.
Drive the execution of business HR plans and support on the release and reading of HR metrics & reports to the management.
Cascade and apply HR policy, E&C standards & national labor regulations towards the management.
Ensure coherency and harmonization within the implementation of the compensation and benefits, training, recruitment policies in coordination. with the management and according to business objectives.
Support and encourage the development of all employees Ensure appropriate consequential management when needed.
Your profile:
Min 3 years of professional experience
Technical knowledge : Workday tool, HR processes, French law and regulations
Manage human aspect of change
HR process & policy deployment
Social partners relation
HR Partnering with the Business
Advising to employees & managers
Make/implement decision & orientation
This position requires a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
