Noda—a global open banking payment provider—is looking for a Communication Designer.

We expect that this position will be closed by a designer who will successfully take responsibility for the work of creating various communication materials for our company.

Please note that this is a non-managerial position and therefore doesn’t require and involve art-direction activities.

What you will be doing:

Graphics for digital distribution and advertisement:
- Create banners, illustrations, icons, diagrams, infographics for social networks, blogs on the website, articles published on external websites, etc.
- Generate the necessary missing graphic elements using AI for both your own and your video designers' materials.

Presentations, PDF materials for demonstration:
- Create presentations for different audiences and goals;
- Conduct information gathering and interact with different departments in preparing presentations;
- Help build the structure and form of the presentation to better convey the meaning;
- Use a brand book when designing and understand when you can deviate from it;
- Create and maintain templates for standard presentation slides;
- Redesign existing presentations upon request;
- Work with infographics and data visualization;
- Build and maintain a presentation preparation process and its culture within the company.
Digital documentation:
- Design diagrams, charts, office documents of various purposes and formats for internal and external use.
Design of printed materials and offline-environments:
- Create a design for facade finishing (exterior decoration of elements already designed in 3D) of exhibition stands, racks, outdoor advertising, etc.
- Create designs for merch, printed and advertising materials;
- Carry out minimal maintenance (when necessary) of pre-press preparation and processing of photos (retouching, color correction, cropping, etc.).
Web design:
- Create designs and adaptive landing pages and other web pages for marketing campaigns from ready-made block elements;
- Make targeted improvements to improve the design of the company's main website together with web designers.
Branding:
- Expand and maintain the brand book/corporate style of the product and the company up to date.

Requirements:

I. EXPERIENCE

Relevant experience (5+ years) in communication, visual, graphic design, i.e. confident ability to perform all of the above tasks;
Having a real production portfolio (not fake works on Behance and Dribbble) in the field of presentation design, marketing graphics, digital communication facades and offline environments;
Great insight and understanding of modern trends in design.

II. SOFT SKILLS

Developed communication skills;
High level of independent and proactive work;
Skills in demonstrating and defending proposed solutions;
Ability to clarify goals, reasons and meanings in order to select appropriate forms of presentation for them;
An analytical mindset to work on deep understanding the task, combined with empathy for the consumers of the final results;
A good psyche that allows you to create presentations not only in Figma, but also in PowerPoint/Google Slides without any health consequences;
Ability to quickly understand how to edit existing files in video-editing and 3D-modeling applications or take the necessary graphics from there.

III. HARD SKILLS

Proficiency in Figma and core applications from the Adobe suite;
Proficiency in presentation applications from various manufacturers: Microsoft, Google, Figma, Apple;
Proficiency in modern tools for computer graphics generation (Generative AI models);
Expert in understanding of how to work with color, composition, space, use of correct typography, etc.;
English: level B2 and above;
Russian: level B2 and above.

IV. WILL BE A PLUS:

Experience in related areas of design: 3D, animation, web-design, adaptive design;
Proficiency in online tools for editing and tuning images and videos;
Knowledge of additional desktop graphics packages (as example: Affinity suite);
Experience in fintech products, banks in a similar job position.
