About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on professional to take full ownership of performance and sales within our Marketplace department – a key role in a fast-growing team with big ambitions. You'll help shape the strategy, drive growth, and ensure that our brand is visible in the right channels, at the right time. You will be a part of a dedicated team, where your expertise will inspire your colleagues to reach new heights

Tasks & Key responsibilities:

• Strategic responsibility for performance and campaigns across our marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Zalando, and others)
  
• Drive growth by identifying the right channels and activities for our products and target audiences
  
• Lead all traffic-driving marketing efforts within marketplaces – including SEO, SEM, and paid social
  
• Plan, execute, and optimize campaign activity in close collaboration with the Marketplace team and other internal departments
  
• Take full budget responsibility for marketplace marketing, including planning, reporting, and performance analysis

Personal Qualities:

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven business decisions
• A mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications & Experience:

• Extensive experience working with global marketplaces, both strategically and operationally
• Deep expertise in SEO, SEM, and paid social, especially within Amazon and other marketplaces
• A solid understanding of digital sales, customer behavior, and brand positioning
• Experience leading projects or teams is a plus, but not a requirement
