  WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT  

1. Achieving the production targets in EOL
2. Handling Permanent & temporary employees and Union representatives.
3. Leading and participating in continuous improvement projects.
4. Achieving vehicle clearance with targeted Straight Pass Ratio (SPR)
5. Should be able to train & guide the Blue Collar Associates
6. Ensuring 5S and discipline on shop floor
7. Ensuring compliance with safety standards and practices in all activities.

THAT’S WHY YOU ARE A MATCH    Educational Qualification :

1. Diploma  (Electrical Electronics /Mechatronics/Automobiles/Mechanical)

Knowledge & Skills:

1. Experience in vehicle testing, EOL operations, and production line
2. Proficiency in electrical systems troubleshooting, ECU diagnostics, and repair.
3. Knowledge of equipments and its basic maintenance 
4. Strong knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, and Lean Manufacturing principles.
5. Should have  trouble shooting experience in Truck assembly process.
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills
