Empower transformation by becoming a driving force of change at MAS. We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to coordinate all production activities pertaining to the assigned production modules in order to ensure on time delivery of products as per customer specifications

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that lines are fed and run according to the production plan by balancing operatives, checking their attendance, calculating daily targets, and coordinating with relevant sections in order to achieve production targets.
• Identify critical operations for a particular style and ensure manpower requirements are fulfilled in order to achieve planned production output whilst, preparing the training plan according to style and assigning operators to specific tasks based on their skill level.
• Coordinate with cut bank and ensure that all required cut panels of respective styles are made available according to the cut plan in order to avoid production idle time whilst, arranging for re-cuts for damaged/ lesser cut quantities.
• Achieve set standard hours and efficiency levels, facilitate shipments on time according to the shipment plan and monitor the hourly production output whilst, taking necessary actions to increase efficiency levels.

Knowledge And Skills

• Degree in any relevant discipline 
• 2 -3 years of relevant work experience
