Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in marketing/media, sales, business development, or consulting.
- 5 years of experience with people management, leading and developing a business team, and managing geographically dispersed teams.
- 5 years of experience working cross-functionally and developing business strategies.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience managing and leading large research and insights teams with significant scopes operating in complex environments.
- Experience working with Chief Experience Officers/Stakeholders on developing and delivering impactful thought leadership and strategic insights programs.
- Experience working with AI, Ads, and technology innovations, translating them into relevant insights for CXO, CMO, and cross-industry groups.
- Ability to be a dynamic and compelling communicator to challenge audiences with data-driven insights.
- Ability to drive excellence in insights generation and dissemination.

Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a team of insights leads to curate and deliver forward-looking strategic sales and business storytelling that aligns with Google's business objectives and customer needs.
- Lead the development of innovative strategic insights and narratives – including formats, content, and research – that resonate with C-suite audiences and maximize impact.
- Collaborate closely with Executives, Sales Leadership, and cross-functional teams to understand strategic priorities, industry challenges, and trends, translating insights into high-value thought leadership.
- Forge strong partnerships with Sales Leadership to ensure insights strategy delivers against sales objectives and oversee the development of insightful content, industry trends, and research to enhance Google's thought leadership.
- Drive agile delivery of insights to respond to market shifts, innovate to lead, and meet evolving priorities while optimizing the effectiveness of insights programs to maximize ROI and long-term impact.
