WorkFlex is a B2B SaaS platform that enables employers to allow their employees to work from anywhere without facing any compliance risks. We have 500+ clients using WorkFlex already, including Scout24, Biontech, Vodafone, Flix, and others. Together with the team, you will contribute to growing our team, clients, and ARR.

🎯 In this role, you will:

  • Own the entire sales cycle from qualification to closing for medium- and enterprise-level companies in the UKI market and beyond.
  • Customize offers to client needs by engaging in discussions with external stakeholders representing the prospect's company (HR, Legal, Compliance, etc.).
  • Participate in developing and implementing lead-generation strategies with sales and marketing teams.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales leadership by providing your insights & know-how to improve WorkFlex's value proposition, product features, and messaging for prospects and customers.
  • Take care of reporting on the progress of your own deals in our CRM (Hubspot).

⭐ About You:

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales and a good understanding of the sales process.
  • You have excellent English skills.
  • You have excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills. You excel at asking good questions to gain an in-depth understanding of the customer's needs.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. You are self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently in a fully remote team setup.
  • You have a good understanding of technology and different sales tools, including Hubspot.
  • You are passionate about remote work – you enjoy working in a remote setup yourself and want to enable many more employers and employees to reap the benefits of this setup.
  • You are willing to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to constantly improve processes and communication workflows.
  • Having experience of working in business travel and/or global mobility is a plus
