About Your New Role / 關於此職位

We are seeking a Managed Services Engineer to support and deliver superior service to ISP/MSP business customers worldwide. This is a Full-Time, 100% Remote opportunity with multiple shift options available.

Key Responsibilities / 主要工作職責

• Provide end-to-end support for customers with a focus on SDWAN (preferably Cato), Internet, and related services.
  對客戶提供端到端的技術支援，重點於 SDWAN（最好是 Cato）、網路與相關服務。
• Troubleshoot and configure basic LAN setups (Routers, Firewalls) and Microsoft operating systems.
  協助排查並設定基本的 LAN 架構（路由器、防火牆）與 Microsoft 作業系統。
• Support the provisioning and onboarding of new customers for managed services.
  支援新客戶的服務配置與導入。
• Collaborate with vendors to resolve support issues and ensure smooth service delivery.
  與供應商合作解決支援問題，確保服務順暢交付。
• Own support issues from start to resolution, ensuring customer satisfaction with clear communication and expert problem-solving.
  全程負責支援案例，從開始到解決，並透過清晰溝通與專業解決方案，確保客戶滿意。
• Maintain excellent customer relationships by delivering outstanding support.
  透過卓越的技術支援，維持良好的客戶關係。
• Mentor and train fellow engineers on complex technical issues and solutions.
  協助培訓團隊工程師處理進階技術問題與解決方案。

What You’ll Need for Success / 成功所需條件

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  大學學歷或同等經驗。
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced technical environment, with expertise in SDWAN (Versa Networks preferred).
  3–5 年相關技術環境經驗，具 SDWAN（Versa Networks 優先） 專業能力。。
• CCNA/CCNP certifications are highly desirable.
  擁有 CCNA/CCNP 證照者佳。
• Strong command-line networking skills (Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper).
  具備 CLI 網路操作經驗（Cisco、Fortinet、Juniper）。
• Strong firewall configuration experience (Fortinet preferred).
  具備防火牆設定經驗（Fortinet 優先）。
• Deep understanding of BGP, OSPF, VRRP.
  熟悉 BGP、OSPF、VRRP。
• Knowledge of routers, firewalls, NAT, COS/QOS, and network design principles.
  熟悉路由器、防火牆、NAT、COS/QOS 與網路設計原則。
• Familiarity with SOC 2 compliance and processes.
  熟悉 SOC 2 合規與相關流程。

Compensation & Work Schedule / 薪資與工作時間

• Annual Compensation: USD 32,000 – 50,000 (依經驗與能力而定)
  年薪範圍：32,000 – 50,000 美元（依經驗與能力調整）
• Multiple shift options available to support global customers.
