As an API Integration & Support Manager (m/f/d), you will be ensuring a smooth API integrations, and serve as the link between technical and business teams. You will be a part of our international team with a truly global scope, collaborating with colleagues and partners across multiple regions, ensuring seamless integrations and driving best practices that support our worldwide business operations.

About the Role

Lead the technical onboarding of new partners, ensuring seamless integration with our APIs and services
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in existing API integrations to ensure optimal performance and reliability
Collaborate with business stakeholders and external partners to collect and analyze integration requirements
Work closely with product and engineering teams to refine and evolve API specifications based on partner feedback and business needs
Serve as the primary liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring clear, consistent, and effective communication
Maintain comprehensive documentation for integrations and contribute to the development of best practices and standards

About You

Proven experience in API integration, technical project management, or a similar role
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and common integration patterns
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with tools such as Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, and API gateways is a plus
A strong foundation in software engineering, computer science, or business informatics, paired with experience in partner-facing roles and familiarity with authentication protocols (OAuth, API keys, etc.) will be considered a strong advantage
