Job Description

  • Perform all kitchen activities ensuring safe, smooth, and profitable operations within the hotel framework.
  • Support restaurant concept development, recommend menu changes based on seasonal availability, and adhere to Anantara food preparation and presentation guidelines.
  • Maintain food safety, sanitation, and proper storage practices in all working areas.
  • Ensure outlet safety and manage assets of all outlet property and facilities.
  • Participate in and provide training to improve departmental skills and hotel service levels.
  • Promote positive inter-departmental relations and maintain adherence to departmental checklists and cleaning schedules.
  • Assist in maintaining clean and sanitised food preparation areas.

Qualifications

  • Strong culinary skills and a passion for high-quality food
  • Ability to lead a section and work well under pressure
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence
  • Relevant trade qualifications in commercial cookery
  • Minimum 03 Years of experience required
