AU Accountant (AU Construction, Hybrid)

Salary Range: P70,000-P90,000

Schedule: Monday – Friday (06:00 AM - 03:00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Previous experience in preparing monthly general ledger reconciliations
• Previous experience in reviewing costs v budget
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Xero accounting software
• Other accounting software experience is a plus
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, and compliance requirements.

What will you do?

• Preparation of all general ledger reconciliations every month
• Preparing Monthly Bank Reconciliation
• Process monthly general journal posting for month-end reporting
• Complete overhead cost review monthly (noting explanations for variances to budget)
• Managing company credit card expense claim process
• Preparation of monthly Business Activity Statement
• Assisting Ad hoc reporting requirements and general administration function including maintaining appropriate document filing and archiving.
