We are currently looking for a commercially minded, data-driven, and innovative Ecommerce Specialist to join our AU/NZ team. As the ecommerce lead for this region, you’ll own the end-to-end customer experience, ensuring our market is represented with tailored offers, product heroes, and optimised customer journeys. This is an exciting opportunity for someone ready to step up, blending daily trading execution with strategic impact.

What you will do

  • Execute regional ecommerce campaigns and promotions, collaborating with global teams to ensure alignment.
  • Manage website content updates, PLPs, and product launches, optimising merchandising for customer-first experiences.
  • Track and analyse key ecommerce KPIs (CVR%, AOV, engagement, etc.), conducting A/B testing and implementing strategies for conversion and revenue optimisation.
  • Use analytics and customer insights to identify opportunities to enhance onsite experience and reduce bounce rates.
  • Partner with supply chain and merchandising teams to align stock availability with promotional planning.
  • Collaborate with Customer Care and Warehousing to ensure campaigns are communicated clearly and customer issues resolved swiftly.
  • Provide reporting on sales, campaigns, and product performance, ensuring data-driven recommendations for future growth.
  • Contribute to shaping AU/NZ ecommerce strategy, supporting budget allocation, and ensuring ROI.
  • Champion process improvements, including the integration of AI-driven solutions where relevant.
  • Mentor junior team members, supporting development and elevating team capability.

What you should bring

  • 4+ years’ experience in ecommerce trading or digital merchandising.
  • Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to evaluate offers, forecast promotions, and balance revenue with margin impact.
  • In-depth understanding of key ecommerce metrics and proven success in influencing them.
  • Hands-on experience with GA4 (essential); knowledge of Contentsquare, Salesforce, Amplience, or similar tools is an advantage.
  • Highly analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into tangible actions.
  • Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with confidence to lead and influence across teams.
  • A detail-oriented, customer-first approach with a passion for creating engaging digital experiences.
  • Curious, creative, and proactive – eager to test, innovate, and find new growth opportunities.
