Senior Project Manager (Payments)

• ​​Manage the entire project lifecycle - from scoping and planning to execution and delivery;
• Build, maintain, and drive project plans aligned with the company’s strategic objectives;
• Handle high-risk projects, implement product changes, and plan and execute increments;
• Communicate project progress, risks, estimations, and plans to internal stakeholders and external partners;
• Organize and optimize team and cross-team processes in line with project and company goals;
• Deliver complex projects in environments with strict reliability and uptime requirements;
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks;

• Manage Releases.

We Need Your Professional Experience:

• At least 4 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT projects;
• Strong command of various project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid approaches);
• Understanding of modern web technologies / client-server architecture development process;
• In-depth knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC);
• Strong track record of delivering complex projects in environments with strict reliability and uptime requirements;
• Ability to define and track data-driven KPIs, translating them into actionable improvements for delivery and operational efficiency;
• ​​​​Experience in fintech or payments (will be a plus);
• Expertise in risk management to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks;
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency is required.
