Messa Sync is seeking a skilled and driven Commercial Relationship Manager to manage and grow our client base. This role involves building long-term business relationships, identifying strategic opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions that align with client goals. The ideal candidate is analytical, client-focused, and results-oriented.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with commercial clients across various sectors
- Identify client needs and recommend suitable solutions or services
- Serve as a key liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure service satisfaction
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to assess performance
- Maintain accurate client records and reports using internal systems
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities
- Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and business cases
- Collaborate with sales and account teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and support
Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in client relationship management, commercial accounts, or business development
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to analyze business needs and develop appropriate solutions
- Experience with CRM systems and data reporting
