Messa Sync is seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Customer Account Representative to join our team in Los Angeles. This role is responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, addressing account inquiries, and supporting day-to-day operational needs. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Maintain accurate client records and process account updates
- Address client questions, concerns, and service requests in a timely manner
- Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill client needs
- Monitor account activity and ensure service standards are met
- Prepare reports and documentation related to account management
- Support account onboarding and client retention initiatives
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and client satisfaction
Qualifications
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, client support, or account management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
