About The Role

We’re looking for a client-facing technical professional to join our team and support both new and live implementations of our Catalyst Loyalty Management System (LMS). This role sits at the intersection of support, project management, and business analysis – perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with clients, and handling mid-level technical requests (without needing to code).

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first line of support for client project teams (PMs, marketers, technical teams).
  • Answer technical queries on API integrations and system usage.
  • Assist with test data setup, configuration checks, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Investigate and resolve mid-level technical issues (e.g., missing cashback triggers, data extraction, retriggering transactions).
  • Escalate issues to the right internal teams when needed, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Provide ongoing support to live clients, ensuring smooth operation of their loyalty programs.
  • Based in Sri Lanka (remote, work from home).

Must-Have Skills

  • 1–3 years’ experience in a similar role (Technical BA, Technical Project Manager, Client Support, or similar).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage client stakeholders.
  • Technical aptitude – comfortable with APIs, data checks, and system troubleshooting (but no coding required).
  • Strong English language skills (written & spoken).

Nice-To-Haves

  • Experience working in SaaS or digital product environments.
  • Exposure to loyalty, payments, or fintech platforms.
  • Familiarity with project management practices.
