We are looking for a Payment Operation Specialist (Korea) to join our team.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Manage internal payment-related escalations, ensuring timely resolution of queries;
• Partner with Payment Service Providers (PSPs) to drive operational improvements and enhance the
  customer experience;
• Configure PSPs and help optimize site messaging for better customer clarity;
• Work cross-functionally with teams like Customer Support, Risk Operations, Compliance, and the VIP
  team to resolve payment issues and improve internal processes;
• Review and refine payment policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with best practices;
• Collaborate with the finance team for payment reconciliations and escalate urgent issues when needed;
• Continuously assess and streamline payment journeys to minimize repetitive customer inquiries and
  maximize efficiency.

Essential professional experience:

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in an online business environment;
• Strong understanding of the payment ecosystem and key providers in the space;
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills;
• Ability to identify risks and create preventive strategies to mitigate them;
• Strong teamwork ethic, with a dependable and approachable demeanor;
• Solid commercial awareness and a collaborative attitude;
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
