The Opportunity:

Client relationship | Develop, manage, and maintain strategic partnerships to grow business. Act as a trusted point of contact (POC) to clients, designing and delivering e-commerce content and media services.

Process | Establish and manage project communication and process. Balance the opportunities and constraints within a given project. Leverage existing tools and processes to monitor people and progress. Write and present project plans/risks in collaboration with other team members. Develop required documentation for all projects. Lead organizational transformation projects, ensuring adoption of new processes, platforms, and ways of working across multi-market environments.

Work | Deliver work that is excellent, on time, on budget and goes beyond the brief. Create and oversee project schedule. Ensure timely completion through all phases. Oversee the entire delivery and execution of projects. Identify dependencies and impacts of delays. Gain alignment on the scope, schedule, assumptions and price for projects with an ability to effectively translate these to Client Proposals and Statements of Work.

Success ownership | Manage large-scale e‑commerce projects with strict KPI tracking and performance monitoring. Ensure content and media strategy is delivered successfully to drive measurable business growth.

People | Motivate, direct and challenge teams to produce great work. Ensure a collaborative ‘One Team’ approach comprising of content, advertising, design, finance and client representatives. Apply Agile methodologies and tools to accelerate delivery, improve collaboration, and enhance delivery speed.

Financials | Responsible for project estimation, planning and profitability. Build detailed project plans in accordance with budget. Use analytics tools to track performance, challenge assumptions, and optimize both e‑commerce and media campaign results.

What You’Ll Be Doing:

  • Lead all the projects contained in a Client scope of work from beginning to end, making sure that committed SLAs and quality standards are met.
  • Oversee final delivery of the project
  • Provide project scopes and identify project requirements based on the work stream.
  • Lead strategic client meetings and workshops, ensuring alignment on objectives, scope, and measurable outcomes.    
  • Set and manage client expectations through transparent communication, data-backed recommendations, and proactive risk management.
  • Maintain proactive, insight-driven communication with stakeholders, ensuring alignment on strategic priorities and project outcomes.
  • Craft and deliver impactful presentations for executive leadership and senior stakeholders, influencing strategic decisions.
  • Oversee project performance through KPIs and analytics, delivering actionable progress reports that inform strategic decisions.
  • Identify and escalate risks early, providing mitigation strategies to safeguard timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Integrate media strategy into e‑commerce initiatives, ensuring performance marketing (PPC, programmatic) is optimized to drive measurable business growth.

What We Want From You:

  • University/college degree in business administration, commerce or a relevant field.
  • Experience managing projects in an agency or consulting environment.
  • Prior experience as a Digital Project Manager.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce ecosystem, including content and advertising expertise.
  • Demonstrated experience running complex projects with aggressive due dates.
  • Experience running high volume projects.
  • Proven track record in managing multi-market projects and large-scale platform migrations.
  • Proficiency in English and French is mandatory.
  • Highly organized, effective communicator.
  • Sharp attention to detail and a drive for perfection.
  • Navigates strong collaboration between people, processes and systems.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Influences and fosters an environment of shared accountability. Drives projects from ambiguity to clarity.
