Job Purpose
The Brand Marketing Senior Manager will lead the development and execution of the marketing and communication strategy for Clarios’ portfolio of products and services brands in Latin America, including LTH, Heliar, and MAC. This role is responsible for growing brand equity, driving customer and consumer adoption of products and services, generating demand for direct-to-consumer (D2C) business models, and maximizing marketing spend ROI.
The role will ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across B2B, B2C, and internal audiences, while also collaborating closely with Global Marketing to align regional brand strategies with the overarching Clarios corporate brand.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Equity Growth
- Lead brand positioning and value proposition development for LTH, Heliar, MAC, and other regional brands.
- Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all touchpoints and audiences.
- Monitor brand health and perception, and implement strategies to strengthen equity.
- Ensure brand protection and compliance by working closely with the Legal department on trademark usage, brand guidelines, and intellectual property matters.
2. Marketing & Communication Strategy
- Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, trade, and traditional channels.
- Align messaging across B2B, B2C, and internal stakeholders to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to translate product features into compelling customer benefits.
3. Customer & Consumer Adoption
- Develop strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of products and services.
- Support commercial teams with marketing tools and campaigns tailored to customer segments.
- Lead internal communication efforts to build brand and product understanding across the organization.
4. Demand Generation & D2C Growth
- Build and execute demand generation strategies to support D2C business models.
- Leverage digital marketing, CRM, and performance analytics to drive traffic and conversions.
- Optimize marketing funnels and campaign performance for ROI.
5. Global Collaboration
- Act as the regional marketing liaison with Global Marketing and Corporate Communication to ensure alignment between local brand strategies and the Clarios corporate brand.
- Contribute to global brand initiatives and ensure regional execution reflects global standards.

Qualifications
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree preferred.
Experience:
• 8+ years in marketing leadership roles, preferably in B2B2C or industrial sectors.
• Proven experience managing strong consumer brands in Latin America.
• Experience in integrated marketing, digital strategy, and brand management.
• Familiarity with global/regional brand alignment processes.
Skills:
• Strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
• Fluent in Spanish, English and Portuguese
• Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (CRM, digital analytics, automation)
Travel Requirements
• Up to 25% regional travel
