At Busy Bees at Noarlunga Downs, we’re on the lookout for a passionate and creative Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to lead our Kindergarten Program and help shape the next generation of young learners.

Conveniently located on Lovelock Drive, our purpose-built 97-place centre is filled with beautifully designed educational play spaces, natural environments, and a dedicated team of experienced Educators. About The Role:

As our Early Childhood Teacher, you’ll deliver a high-quality, play-based Kindergarten Program that inspires a love of learning and supports each child’s development. You’ll also have the opportunity to demonstrate leadership, creativity, and collaboration within a supportive and professional environment.

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

What You’Ll Need:

• Teacher’s Registration – Full or Provisional
• Working With Children Check
• First Aid Certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis

We also welcome candidates who are actively working towards their qualification and have completed 50% or more of their ECT studies.

What You Bring:

• Strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS
• Experience planning and delivering inclusive, engaging educational programs
• Confidence in observing, documenting, and evaluating children’s learning
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Passion for building respectful relationships with families and colleagues
• Prior experience teaching in an early childhood setting
• Familiarity with National Regulations and documentation platforms
• A commitment to inclusive practice and continuous learning
