Leasing Manager - Lease Up

Portico has a fabulous opportunity for an experienced LEASING MANAGER - LEASE UP  for our Single Family Rental Community, parcHAUS at Firewheel in Garland, TX!

The successful candidate should have the following requirements:

• 1-2 years of apartment leasing and customer service experience preferred
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a high-volume office
• Hire, train, and develop the Leasing Consultants
• Facilitate resident relations and resident retention programs
• Partner with the Assistant Community Manager
•  Must be energetic, reliable, and have strong sales orientation  
•  Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills required
