Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with parking needs
• Monitor garage activity to ensure safety and security
• Assist guest with parking equipment issues
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility
• Report any issues or incidents promptly

Requirements:

• Must be available to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Prior experience in parking or customer service preferred but not required
