Field Service Engineer Denmark (m/f/d)

Your Mission

• Take on exciting technical challenges while being part of a supportive and collaborative team.
• Work independently or in a small team to install, maintain, and service our EOS systems at customer sites across Israel – with occasional short-term assignments at international customer locations.
• Conduct customer briefings and hands-on trainings, sharing your expertise with users on site.
• Provide telephone support to customers and colleagues, offering reliable advice and solutions based on your technical know-how.
• Participate in comprehensive training programs – both locally and at our headquarters near Munich, Germany – to deepen your knowledge of our systems and cutting-edge technology.

Your Talents

• Degree within electrical/mechanical engineering or a similar apprenticeship, or education in Mechatronics, Mechanical or Electrical engineering
• Excellent fault diagnosis skills with the ability to read and interpret electrical circuit diagrams
• It would be a plus if you already have experience as a Field Service Engineer and in professional dealings with customers and complex machines preferable within the Additive Manufacturing industry
• You are based in Denmark, Northern Germany, or Southern Sweden, with the flexibility (& a valid drivers license) to travel to customer sites.​
• Excellent computer skills and accomplished command of written and spoken English
