What You'll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga
We’re looking for a confident and experienced leader to take charge of our Rangiora AA Centre. As Centre Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a busy and customer-focused environment, while guiding your team to deliver exceptional service and achieve performance goals.
This is a hands-on leadership role where your ability to inspire, coach, and drive results will be key to the centre’s success. You’ll be the face of the centre, ensuring smooth operations, fostering a positive team culture, and delivering outcomes that reflect the AA’s commitment to excellence
Key responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with nominated AA agents and contractors.
- Coaching and developing your team through clear communication, goal setting, and effective sales management strategies.
- Managing the induction, training, development, and performance of all centre staff.
- Monitoring operational performance and implementing improvements to enhance customer experience.
- Ensuring compliance with AA policies and procedures, and maintaining a safe, professional environment.
- Supporting wider organisational initiatives and contributing to strategic planning.

To succeed in this role, you’ll also bring:
- Proven leadership experience in a customer-focused or sales-driven environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
