SUMMARY

The Senior Vice President (SVP) of Home Therapies Operations provides national strategic, operational, clinical, and financial leadership over all aspects of home dialysis, including Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) and Home Hemodialysis (HHD). This executive role is responsible for scaling the USRC’s home therapies programs across all markets, ensuring sustainable growth, best-in-class patient outcomes, and full compliance with regulatory standards. The SVP works cross-functionally with the Office of the Chief Medical Officer (OCMO), Operations, Business Development, Clinical / Technical Services, and other corporate leaders to elevate home dialysis as a core pillar of the USRC’s value-based care strategy. The SVP is a passionate advocate for patient-centered, technologically enabled care delivery and plays a key role in shaping the USRC’s strategic roadmap for home therapies.

Qualifications

Qualifications/Requirements:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Requirements include:

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in healthcare administration, business, or nursing preferred (MBA, MHA, MSN).
• 15+ years of healthcare leadership, with at least 7–10 years in home dialysis or chronic care models, and prior executive-level experience in multi-site or national operations.
• Proven strategic and operational leadership; deep knowledge of home dialysis modalities, regulatory environment, digital health, and workforce development.
• Strong command of telehealth, home-based care delivery models, and healthcare transformation trends.
• Willingness to travel nationally
