Senior Engineer - Site Reliability Engineering

About the Role

We’re searching for a proactive and coordinated Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with 5+ years of experience to support and evolve our Linux (RHEL) and cloud (AWS/Azure) infrastructure. You’ll play a key role in system reliability, performance, and automation, working closely with multi-functional teams to bring software and features to production with speed and stability.

This role includes production support, release readiness, infrastructure management, and continuous improvement. We value innovation, ownership, and an encouraging team approach offering a space where your ideas and voice matter.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support scalable infrastructure and systems.
• Build and handle production and non-production environments.
• Monitor system performance, ensure high availability, and address issues.
• Automate routine maintenance, patching, upgrades, and deployments.
• Support releases, infrastructure changes, and platform migrations.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, and cloud teams for new deployments.
• Maintain detailed system documentation and follow ITIL processes.
• Participate in on-call rotation for out-of-hours support (shared schedule).

What You’ll Work With

Operating Systems & Infrastructure

• 3/4+ years in Linux (RHEL) administration.
• Understanding of Unix/Linux and Windows platforms.
• Understanding of HA architectures, storage systems (e.g., SAN).

Cloud & Containerization

• 3/4+ years hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure.
• Familiarity with cloud-native services, scaling, and automation.
• Kubernetes administration and related tools.

Web & Application Technologies

• Experience with Apache, HTTP, caching, and application protocols.
• Exposure to Adobe Cold-Fusion, AEM, Kaltura, Salesforce, or Dell Boomi (bonus).

Monitoring & Observability

• Tools like Splunk, Datadog, New Relic, or Prometheus.
• Ability to analyze logs, metrics, and system health indicators.

Security & Scripting

• SSL/PKI certificate management and network protocols (TCP/IP, Squid).
• Scripting with Bash, Shell, or Python; experience with automation tools is a plus.

Collaboration Tools

• Familiar with ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence for incident and change process management.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills across technical teams.
