- Architectural and Interior Design: Lead design initiatives for various facility projects, including building modifications, improvements, and new constructions.
- Space Planning, Evaluation, and Utilization: Develop space planning test fit plans and schematic design packages based on internal customer needs, ensuring alignment with corporate standards. Optimize space usage within offices, design centers, or semiconductor manufacturing environments, and assess current and future site needs.
- Design Guidance and Standards: Provide architectural design guidance that adheres to corporate standards, aiming to create exceptional workplace experiences across global sites. Develop and maintain corporate architectural design standards.
- Performance Metrics: Create metrics, KPIs, and tracking systems to deliver timely performance information.
- Site Visits and Collaboration: Conduct site visits and field verifications/measurements, and collaborate efficiently with external professional service providers.
- Project Oversight: Manage the design process from initiation through to completion and close-out documentation.
- Program Maintenance: Maintain and develop architectural design and space planning programs.
- Interdepartmental Coordination: Coordinate with various departments for project planning, programming, and problem-solving.
- Technical Familiarity: Understand architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, hazardous materials, and fire safety systems design and specifications.
