As an Operations Support Administrator at TCR, you will

  • Provide timely, accurate administrative and work order processing support to accounts, compliance and, service departments.
  • Process purchasing orders, work orders, timesheets, files and documents as required – as well as administrative and quality checks.
  • Maintain an organised calendar and a proactive attitude.
  • Support the team with general office duties including but not limited to mailing, scanning, photocopying, filing, and archiving.
  • Assist supervisors, technicians, parts interpreters, warehouse officers and operations managers as required.
  • Promote a safety-first approach.
  • Enjoy some time off! We offer 2 additional "Health and Happiness" leave days per year.

To be successful in this role, you will have most of the following skills and experience:

  • Experience working with Microsoft Office365 - Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Experience managing accurate and timely data entry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fantastic organisational skills, having the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage your time.
  • A positive attitude and proactive mindset, with the ability to work autonomously as well as being a good team player
  • Flexibility. Having the ability to thrive in a dynamic role, working with multiple team members and handling projects outside your original job description.
  • Previous experience working in dealership/automotive/workshop settings would be highly regarded.
  • Experience with SAP – highly regarded.
