Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Finance Operations to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to grow in finance operations, with a focus on customer communication, license management, and renewal processes. You will receive guidance and training, while also taking on responsibilities that directly support our customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

Communicate with customers regarding licenses and renewals.
Set up and manage licenses in the system.
Track and follow up on license renewals.
Support reporting and coordination with internal teams.

Requirements

Good English communication skills (written and spoken).
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Responsible, reliable, and eager to take ownership of tasks.
Previous exposure to finance, operations, or customer support is a plus (not mandatory).
Experience with Salesforce (SF) is an advantage, but not required. Training will be provided.
