Junior Digital Marketing Specialist – Uruguay

Description

We are looking for a motivated Junior Digital Marketing Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about digital marketing and eager to gain hands-on experience in traffic acquisition and campaign optimization.

What you’ll do:

• Explore and manage campaigns across traditional paid media platforms (such as Meta) as well as lesser-known traffic sources in the region (e.g., Native Ads)
• Monitor key performance metrics (impressions, clicks, CTR, conversions) to identify trends and opportunities.
• Assist in planning, launching, and optimizing campaigns to drive results.
• Collaborate with team members located around the world while also being comfortable working independently.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and bring fresh ideas to the table.

Requirements

• Some prior experience in digital marketing, combined with or supported by studies in a related field
• Strong understanding of basic marketing concepts and KPIs (impressions, clicks, CTR, etc.).
• Comfortable communicating in English, as communication will be in this language.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with remote teams.
