Join us as a Project Management Office (PMO) Manager, where you’ll drive governance, financial performance, and operational excellence across customer projects. In this role, you’ll ensure quality delivery, lead critical reviews, support audits and certifications, and oversee change control processes; all while helping us achieve revenue growth and customer success.

  • Ensure project governance through Nokia Project Management methodology, tools, and efficiency programs.
  • Manage financial forecasting to meet or exceed revenue and sales margin targets; drive risk mitigation and opportunity maximization.
  • Oversee cost and progress management via operational reviews, action planning, and follow-up.
  • Act as a single point of contact for overall quality matters.
  • Drive operational performance management and market performance reviews for projects in execution.
  • Manage critical and watchlist projects, ensuring executive-level visibility and driving performance reviews (CPR, PPR).
  • Support project audits and ISO certification compliance.
  • Govern Change Control Board (CCB) activities and non-conformance cost (NCC) processes.

You have:

  • 10+ years of experience in a Project Management Office (PMO) environment with a graduation or equivalent degree.
  • Practical experience of handling project financials
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

It would be nice if you also had:

  • PMP certification
