The Performance Management Specialist is responsible for end-to-end monitoring and management of network service performance. They ensure compliance with SLA and OLA targets through accurate data reporting and performance analysis. Key responsibilities include proactive quality monitoring, identifying performance issues, and recommending corrective actions. They conduct trend analysis to anticipate potential service degradation and support preventive maintenance efforts. The role plays a vital part in maintaining high service standards and driving continuous improvement in network performance.
- Monitor end-to-end network service performance to ensure adherence to SLA and OLA commitments.
- Analyze performance trends, identify risks, and drive proactive maintenance and corrective actions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of MS processes, focusing on efficiency, quality, and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Field Force, Care, and customer counterparts, on high-impact incidents and service delivery.
- Lead the development, review, and technical approval of high-risk Methods of Procedures (MoPs) and change processes.
- Mentor and support team members by sharing expertise, offering guidance, and promoting professional development.
- Coordinate work within MS functional teams, manage resource allocation, and support shift operations as needed.
- Drive small-scale projects or initiatives, handling daily team management, performance inputs, and delivery outcomes.
You have:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in mobile network optimization and planning.
- In-depth knowledge of radio technologies including GSM, UMTS, LTE, and NR (5G).
- Nokia experience is must and familiarity with multi-vendor radio equipment (e.g., Ericsson, Huawei).
- Understanding of propagation models, interference analysis, and cell planning technique
It would be nice if you also had:
- Knowledgeable in RF prediction plotting and technical presentation preparation
- Good communication and team collaboration skills.
- Ready and available to Work in different time zone (APAC, MEA, NAM Shifts etc...)
