About The Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Manager - Global Brand Communications & PR, (National Talent) to join Jumeirah Group & Corporate.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role are: 

  • Lead the development and execution of integrated communication strategies that align with our commercial objectives and brand values.
  • Create and manage high-quality content—from press releases and speeches to social media and employer branding—that resonates across diverse platforms and audiences.
  • Act as the Group’s spokesperson, managing media inquiries, organising press events and representing the brand at key industry forums.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure timely, accurate communication of business updates, while enhancing our digital presence across owned channels.
  • Monitor media trends, manage crisis communications, and measure performance through KPIs—continuously refining strategies for optimal results.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: 

  • Demonstrated ability to create and execute comprehensive communication strategies aligned with business goals and brand identity, while considering diverse audience segments.
  • Proficiency in crafting engaging and impactful content across various formats, such as press releases, articles, speeches, and social media captions, maintaining consistent brand messaging.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to liaise across different business functions, ensuring accurate and timely communication of significant news internally and externally.
  • 4 - 5 years’ experience in roles that involve crafting and disseminating various types of communication content, such as press releases, articles, speeches, and social media posts. 
  • Prior experience working directly with media outlets, journalists, and reporters is important. This could involve responding to media inquiries, coordinating press events, and managing media relationships.
