Quality Executive

Location: Katunayake

Job Responsibilities

Drive and maintain the Quality Management System while meeting ISO and customer-specific standards.
Promote good warehouse and VAS practices while conducting risk assessments for ongoing quality improvements.
Maintain strict product and process safety, along with compliance, health, safety, and 5S initiatives.
Ensure the development and adherence to quality assurance processes and procedures.
Provide real-time solutions to warehouse and VAS day-to-day operational quality issues.
Conduct meetings with stakeholders in order to drive the company and customer expectations pertaining to all quality assurance activities.

Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Qualification related to Quality Management, Industrial Engineering
Minimum 03 years of working experience in Quality related to Quality Management
Knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and ISO standards
Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
