Documentation Officer (Junior Executive Level)

Job Responsibilities

• Engage in all functionalities regarding Export Shipping documentation
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and clearing agents for smooth shipment operations
• Ensure compliance with export regulations and customer documentation requirements.
• Monitor Shipment schedules and update relevant stakeholders
• Attend to other general tasks as assigned.

Candidate Profile

• Degree OR higher diploma
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and working knowledge of ERP systems.
• Have a good command of the English Language.
• Highly committed individual with a positive attitude and good analytical skills.
• Candidates residing close to Kiribathgoda /Kelaniya/Wattala areas are encouraged to apply.
