Your Team

The Field and Operational Platforms team is responsible for implementing transformational strategies that provide better tools for our Financial Advisors and their teams, support professionals, and clients. You’ll be joining the Advisor Enablement team in Weehawken, NJ working directly with the Product Owner of ACE Client Inquiry.

Your Expertise

• • ideally 4+ years of experience financial services industry
• • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• • Strong and proven project management skills and experience
• • Ability to manage ambiguity, and identify and drive action on solving tactical and strategic challenges
• • Experience leading and delivering both short term and long term projects and initiatives
• • Highly motivated, independent leader with a strong work ethic
• • Excellent analytical, process-oriented, problem-solving, and issues-resolution skills with the
• • Ability to effectively communicate in business and technical contexts, and to senior stakeholders

Salary Information

US Only: The expected salary range for this role is $85000 to $120000 based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. Please see «Your role» section for detailed salary information.
