Your Team

We are a global team, focused on global real estate investing and, therefore, construct global portfolios for our APAC-based clients and invest into APAC real estate on behalf of our clients around the world. In order to support our continued growth, we are looking for a detail-oriented, organized and dynamic investment professional, whose primary focus will be on sourcing, analysing and executing investment opportunities, in addition to active (risk) management and monitoring of closed/ongoing investments as well as a secondary focus on portfolio management and reporting responsibilities, engaging with existing clients (internal and external) and being a key contributor to business development / capital raising initiatives.

Your Expertise

• a strong background in real estate investing, an ambition to produce results, and a desire to create value for your clients
• ideally 5 years work experience in the real estate industry (with a particular focus in the APAC markets)
• experience making unlisted, indirect real estate fund investments (including co-investments and club deals) and/or have experience making direct real estate equity and/or debt investments
• an excellent understanding of the property markets and broader investment markets
• a strong understanding of financial and accounting theory and practice; excellent financial modelling skills
• outstanding analytical and communication skills. The ability to critically analyse ideas and proposals is key to this post and therefore extensive experience in an analytical role is essential; local language fluency will be view positively
• motivation and flexibility in your approach to new ideas and projects
• client-focused and solutions-oriented; evidence of being a team player
