Job Highlights:
- Contract type: Independent Contractor
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (Includes a 1-hour unpaid break)
- Total Weekly Hours: 40 hours
Responsibilities:
- Initiate and manage a high volume of outbound calls daily to targeted prospects, with the primary objective of identifying and nurturing high-potential leads within financial services.
- Develop and execute advanced calling strategies to penetrate complex organizational structures and effectively navigate past gatekeepers to connect with key decision-makers.
- Employ sophisticated questioning techniques to qualify prospects thoroughly, assess their specific needs, and strategically align their interests with our client's offerings. Meetings must consistently be with genuine decision-makers.
- Cultivate strong rapport with prospects, effectively articulating value propositions and generating significant interest in complex financial services.
- Efficiently schedule and manage a robust pipeline of high-quality meetings for the sales team, ensuring all logistical details are meticulously handled.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive meeting transcripts and detailed prospect insights to client managers, contributing to seamless sales transitions.
- Take full ownership of organizing and optimizing your personal schedule and prospect pipeline, proactively managing all follow-up, confirmations, and reschedules to maximize meeting attendance and conversion rates.
- Adhere to and proactively identify opportunities to refine existing scripts and sales processes, contributing to continuous improvement in outbound strategies.
- Maintain impeccably accurate and detailed records of all interactions and lead statuses within the CRM system, leveraging data for strategic insights.
Requirements
- Demonstrable track record of success in lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales within a quota-driven environment.
- Exceptional, clear, and professional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently at executive levels.
- Significant experience within financial services is highly preferred.
- Expert ability to handle complex objections confidently and professionally, steer conversations, and drive positive sales outcomes.
- A highly assertive, driven, and persistent professional with a tenacious approach to follow-up and achieving targets.
- A strong aptitude for business development, including the ability to identify independently and connect with the definitive decision-makers within target organizations.
- Advanced proficiency with CRM systems and sophisticated call management/sales enablement tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage a complex pipeline, and consistently meet rigorous performance targets with minimal supervision.
- Superior organizational, pipeline, and appointment management skills, with meticulous attention to meeting confirmation and rescheduling.
Scope & Performance Expectations:
- Consistently achieve and exceed ambitious targets, aiming for a minimum quota of 10 highly qualified, booked meetings per week. Meeting quality is paramount.
- Drive initial success with company's campaigns, with a clear mandate to lead expansion into new and diverse financial service initiatives.
- Demonstrate the potential to assume increased responsibilities, mentor junior team members, and contribute to broader team strategy based on sustained high performance.
