Global Billing Network (GBN) team manages numerous print vendors, who prints and mail statements and letters to our customers. GBN team manages ongoing vendor performance and issue management that arise out of the process. This role heavily manages the production issues. monthly vendor and leadership scorecards.
This role will assist in the project management and contract management of the vendors to successful completion. The successful candidate will provide support for project-based work, issuing a portfolio of scorecards and initiatives. The analyst will support Operations in planning and project delivery, working with key collaborators and Vendors to focus on customer experiences and optimizing existing and new processes. Communicate effectively and build relationships, demonstrate a passion for building strong working relationships across regional and international partners
Minimum Qualifications:
- Previous experience leading initiatives / projects required.
- Demonstratable success with mapping, challenging and improving existing processes.
- Able to build relationships to drive results and influence without authority.
- Confidence to challenge the status quo.
- Ability to drive results and handle multiple tasks.
- Comfortable in an ambiguous and fast paced environment.
- Ability to demonstrate a pro-active approach to problem solving.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic and able to manage time effectively to ensure timelines are met & work volumes managed.
- Team Player.
- Project management skills and experience, thought leadership, decision-making skills and the ability to resolve complex problems independently.
- Proven track record of working across markets and achieving international collaboration to drive change.
- Ability to influence others without direct authority and to challenge the status quo appropriately.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and self-motivate, with the ability to work independently and prioritize work effectively.
- Strong relationship-building and great communicator with verbal and written skills to influence at all levels.
- Working across a complex, global business network.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Vendor management experience.
- Understanding of Third-Party Life Cycle Management (TLM) preferred.
- Resourceful problem solver with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Adjust quickly to shifting priorities, multiple demands, ambiguity, and rapid change·
- Highly organized with ability to hold others accountable.
- Self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced changing environment.
- Attention to detail.
- Skilled in Excel, Word, PowerPoint (MS Office suite).
- Automation products.
- Flexible work hours to support business needs.
- Strong Partner Management skills.
- Project Management skills is a plus.
Minimum Qualifications
Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
