Description
- Assist in Assist in managing and nurturing relationships with key accounts to ensure long-term partnership and satisfaction.
- Conduct regular check-ins and ensure updated customer profiles.
- Support the Key Account Manager in achieving sales targets through effective planning and execution of sales strategies.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Gather and analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
- Share insights with the Global Key Account Manager and suggest adjustments to strategies as needed.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of products/services in line with customer expectations. Address any operational challenges affecting key accounts.
- Assist in preparing sales forecasts and reports, ensuring accurate and timely information is available for decision-making.
- Work closely with the Global Key Account Manager to address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, aiming for maximum customer satisfaction.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products and services to effectively communicate features and benefits to key accounts.
- Monitor and report on competitor activity and market dynamics.
- Provide insights to the Global Key Account Manager for strategic planning.
