Description
  • Assist in Assist in managing and nurturing relationships with key accounts to ensure long-term partnership and satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and ensure updated customer profiles.
  • Support the Key Account Manager in achieving sales targets through effective planning and execution of sales strategies.
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Gather and analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
  • Share insights with the Global Key Account Manager and suggest adjustments to strategies as needed.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of products/services in line with customer expectations. Address any operational challenges affecting key accounts.
  • Assist in preparing sales forecasts and reports, ensuring accurate and timely information is available for decision-making.
  • Work closely with the Global Key Account Manager to address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, aiming for maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products and services to effectively communicate features and benefits to key accounts.
  • Monitor and report on competitor activity and market dynamics.
  • Provide insights to the Global Key Account Manager for strategic planning.
