The Monetization Strategy & Operations team at TikTok LATAM plays a crucial role in driving strategic insights, optimizing performance, and enabling data-driven decision-making to fuel the region’s rapid growth. We are a high-performing, cross-functional team at the intersection of sales, product, and operations. Our work spans everything from revenue strategy and business analysis to data visualization and competitive benchmarking.
We are seeking an exceptional Strategy & Operations Intern who is passionate about using data to uncover insights, support operational excellence, and shape strategic direction. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work on high-impact projects and gain exposure to both local and global business operations at TikTok.
As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.
Responsibilities
- Analyze revenue trends and product performance to support monetization strategy and decision-making.
- Develop clear and compelling charts and visualizations to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
- Conduct rigorous data hygiene practices: clean datasets, identify discrepancies, and propose solutions to ensure data integrity.
- Build and maintain dashboards, analytical tools, and automated reporting pipelines.
- Write SQL queries to generate calculated fields and extract actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to perform market and competitive research to inform strategic planning.
- Assist in preparing executive reports and presentations based on your analyses and research.
- Contribute to ongoing initiatives across Sales, Product Strategy, and Operations.
