Our Solutions Value Creation PMO Manager analyses where and how value can be unlocked having operational, strategic, or transformational oversight of the Finance Organisation by owning the management of the Excellence Program, reporting KPIs, process improvement, and risk mitigation.

What Will You Be Doing:

Leading cross functional collaboration for achieving strategic performance indicators
Collaborating with Global and Zone teams to evolve the Excellence Program
Analysing the performance of the key indicators in terms of Financials, Tech and People data
Creating and ensuring implementation of the plans for improving and achieving key performance indicators
Facilitating coordination between Global Solutions Value Creation, Global Towers & Zone Solutions teams
Creating and facilitating solutions methodology to support Project Managers in efficient projects execution
Building routine & dynamic dashboards to track brands performance, monthly performance review materials

What You Will Bring:

English (C1 minimum) written and spoken
You have a Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in business administration, finance, economics, technology or similar field
Prior experience in stakeholder management is required due to exposure to Director and VP level - leadership skills, interpersonal relationships, persuasion skills and relationship with the senior management of the company
Highly analytical profile and synthesis ability with understanding/exposure to a corporate environment
An enthusiastic and proactive mindset with focus on innovation
You have got deep knowledge and experience in Power Point (for creating presentations) & Excel for data reporting, analysis and extrapolation. You must know formulas, filtering and Pivot Tables as the minimum). Power BI is very advantageous
